ヒトの身体運動は、筋が収縮し、腱を介して骨を動かし、関節運動を引き起こすことで発現します。それ故、ヒトの筋や腱を一つの材料として捉え、それらの特性を明らかにすることは、ヒトの身体運動を理解する上で重要です。本研究室では、超音波診断装置、MRI装置等を用いたヒト生体の筋腱の実測を通じて、ヒトの身体運動に対する理解を深め、人工筋肉や義肢装、の開発等に役立つ知見の獲得を目指します。
