Geoinformatics lab covers various academic fields, such as Cartography, Geography, Environmental Sciences, Archaeology, Remote Sensing, Image processing, Wireless communication, Robotics, Computer vision, and, Civil engineering. Our lab focus on researches from “fundamental algorithm” to “practical application and advanced technologies”, such as point cloud processing, image-based modeling, 3D urban mapping, disaster observation, indoor-outdoor seamless positioning and GIS, satellite data processing, construction information modeling, and digital archiving.
