Laboratory Overview
Opto-electronics with consideration of Environment
We have focused on fabrication and evaluation of thin-film optical waveguide, recycle of useful metals from wasted electronic devices, and fabrication of Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) .
Laboratory Character We mainly study on optical waveguide for optical interconnection. Onthe other hand, we also study on recycle technology to contribute to circulation-type society.
