各種のエネルギー変換の過程に生ずる複雑多様な現象の理解と工学的応用に取り組んでいます．熱力学や流体力学、伝熱工学をベースに電気化学反応や光を含む広範囲のエネルギー変換を研究対象としています．
Laboratory Character 新しいエネルギー変換システムの性能を評価するための数値解析や実験に取り組んでいます。
