Laboratory Overview | Development of Functionally Coatings by Supersonic Free-Jet PVD and Investigation of Deposition Mechanisms
Supersonic Free-Jet PVD is a promising process for fabrication of thick and dens coating films. However, the deposition mechanism of the deposited nano-particles has not been clarified yet. The deposition mechanism is essential to improve the process and equipment. Our research aims to fabricate functional coating films through Supersonic Free-Jet PVD process and clarify the deposition mechanism. |
