Laboratory Overview | Communication studies in diverse aspects and with systems engineering approaches
Diverse Communication Lab focuses on communication in changing global contexts and studies diverse communication activities with neurological and systems engineering approaches. We examine human communication in relation to brain functions by using Near-infrared Spectroscopy to find out better ICT environments for users, in particular elderly users. We also study communication activities among different industries and develop ICT/IoT systems to enhance their communication. Currently, we have been working on ICT/IoT systems to assist farmers in their production and marketing. Global communication and engineering education from industrial viewpoints are other focuses of Diverse Communication Lab. |
