Laboratory Overview
Fundamental issues in general relativity
We investigate the fundamental issues in general relativity such as spacetime singularity, cosmic censorship. Recently, we are interested in the AdS/CFT duality and try to find novel black hole solutions in asymptotically AdS spacetime. According to the duality, the black hole solutions correspond to a superconducting state in a strongly coupled gauge theory or Hawking radiation in a strongly interacting field theory.
Laboratory Character To attack the fundamental issues in general relativity, various analytic methods are explored.
